(November 16, 2019, 2:50 pm)I've used this company for over 7 years. They've serviced my units and have saved me money doing so. When my "antique" heating unit finally decided it was done for good, it was an easy choice as to who to use. Despite their offer to find a part as opposed to replacing, I elected to replace and take advantage of the efficiencies of more modern units. Their no interest financing offer at the time made the choice even easier. I've been VERY happy with their timeliness, professionalism and knowledgeable staff.
(October 8, 2019, 7:39 pm)The hot Texas summer killed my 20 year old evaporator coil in the attic. I called 1st Class Heat & Air and they had Rodney out within a couple of hours. Rodney confirmed the coil was bad and had the new part and a two man crew installing the new coil the same day.
Rocky and Frank did a tremendous job installing the new coil and bringing the whole system up to city code. The quality of work and attention to detail on sealing where I was leaking air into the attic was outstanding.
I was very pleased with the price as well. It is never fun opening up the checkbook and a big ticket item but I know I will not have to worry about the new system for many years now.

Jason is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He set proper expectations with me regarding what he'd be doing and how long it would likely take. His explanation and recommendations made sense and he respectfully and completely answered all of my many, many questions. Thank you Jason for providing great care and service! Very much appreciated! Also thank you to the rest of the team at 1st Class Air for always being accommodating and professional every time I call.
