Dr. Martinelli is the best mohs surgeon in the area. He was so nice and took such good care of me. I don't hear very good anymore, so I'm glad he was so patient with me because he some times had to repeat things a few times for me to get it. I felt fine after he removed my skin cancer, but he still called me after dinner to make sure I was ok. His nurse made sure I knew how to keep my bandages clean and even gave me extra so I didn't have to go to Walgreens to get more. Dr. Martinelli also wrote down his cell phone number for me in case I had any questions. I think his mom raised him right.

He also took care of my brother a couple years back. I remembered how much my brother liked him, so I decided to go to him too. Not sure how many people know, but Dr. Martinelli owns his own practice so he can make the best decisions about how to take care of his patients. I think Dr. Martinelli is one of the few doctors still owning his own private practice. My last doctor sold his practice to a corporation 2 years ago and everything changed and got pretty bad - two of my favorite nurses were fired when the new company took over. I don't like where health care is going with the big companies buying small doctor offices, but I'm just really grateful there are still doctors out there like Dr. Martinelli, who always puts his patients first.

I would recommend Dr. Martinelli to all of my friends and family.

As a former hospital president I feel I can judge the quality of medical care and the care I received from Dr. Russell, his nurse and the office staff was truly exceptional. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The clinical staff are excellent and Dr. Russell's patient interactions and surgical skill are superior. Dr. Russell, personally called me after my surgery to see how I was doing. This is just one example of the high quality of care from the practice. I haven't seen this high level of quality too often.

Top notch office - Dr. Martinelli did a great job on my skin cancer, nurse was really helpful and front staff was nice too. I will definitely recommend Dr. Martinelli to my friends and family. My wife and I also enjoyed looking at the big fish tank in the waiting room.

Dr. Martinelli treated a basal cell I had on my upper lip last year. He was very professional in every way. He explained what he would do and what to expect. The day of the surgery his nurse Lisa was fantastic. Very kind and she made sure I was ok every step of the way. Dr. Martinelli would tell me what he was doing during the surgery. Thankfully I he got it all the first past. He even called my that night to check on me.
