(December 27, 2018, 3:33 pm)I've been at MAC for one year now. I love how I feel. The owners Nikki and Jay are awesome, and should be noted that Nikki's workouts are thoughtful and challenging. Jerome and "Beck" train the youth and do a tremendous job with my three kids. Each of the trainers get to know you which is important if you have any injuries--they are always alert and ensure their athletes workout properly. Thanks.

He plays football for Hebron High School and we wanted to find a place to help him prepare for the upcoming season. The MAC team is amazing and has gone WAY above and beyond. I can't begin to say enough positive things about the entire coaching staff. I highly recommend the MAC for any young athlete wanting to get stronger and faster.
