Once she established that I was a new patient and what i needed to be seen for, she gathered my insurance information, scheduled my appointment, and gave me some instructions regarding an email she was sending me with paperwork to fill out. On the day of my appointment, I saw a physical therapist named Melissa - she was very professional and very knowledgeable about my condition. I really appreciated how patient she was, that she asked several questions, and also thoroughly explained everything she was going to have me do regarding movements and such. At this point, I have been treated several times, and my dizziness has been resolved. I called for an appointment as I have exhausted all hopes of ever walking without excruciating pain. Years of Orthopedic Doctors and Physical Therapy just to try and get my knee pain somewhat manageable. After a few months of treatment I was actually pain free for the first time in decades. An added bonus was that I have lost over 70 pounds and for the first time in 36 years I am under 200 pounds. Dr. Molski, Dr. Wright, and the whole staff are truly wonderful. They feel like family.
