Storage Center at Craig Ranch

This facility was great to store our belongings before we moved while we were getting house ready. No surprise charges. Everything went according to how they said it would. We loved that they offered motion detectors, for an additional fee, for the unit! All one level units and various sizes inside with temp control was also nice. It was always very clean and they play good music as a nice added touch! Can't recommend this facility enough!

I came across this Storage Center when I inadvertently called the wrong number. It was definitively my lucky day when Paul answered the phone.
I immediately noticed a difference with the energy being shared.on the call. Paul was very kind, caring and extremely professional. He never once made a disparaging remark or voiced a negative comment about the competition. His ethical ways and contagious smile made me want to stop by his office that very same day. He took time to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions in a very professional and patient manner. I never felt pressured by him and it was quite obvious that this was going to be our new storage center.
Five months later and Paul is still the same guy! I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a safe and well secured storage center. Thank you Paul and staff for making us feel so welcomed and for being so kind and caring!

I spent a fair amount of time researching various companies before deciding to go with the 10 x 10 at this premier location. The list of amenities on-site seemed Almost too good to be true. However, when I arrived I found not only all of the features but a very very courteous staff went above and beyond and got me into my unit swiftly and with great care. Thank you Paul and staff you guys are top-notch I would recommend you today every day to anyone five stars.
