Going to Trinity Hearing was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've had a hearing disability for a number of years, but always felt insecure and somewhat in denial to do anything about it. A visit to Hector Kypuros set the wheels in motion. He took the time to clearly and patiently inform me of all my options. Hector never made me feel stressed or pressured into my decision. It was almost like having a good friend coming to your aid. I really appreciated and respected that. I totally will recommend Hector Kypuros to my friends, and family.

Dr. Hector was very professional and very patient. He gave all cost options to choose from and explained the differences in details. Didn't try to oversell or hurry up. I would recommend to all my friends. I went to the McKinney location.
