My car was hit by a massive, random, metal flying object and had A LOT of damage, $6300 worth of body work. Every aspect of service at Texas Collison Centers in McKinney was amazing! Everyone there is so nice, professional, kind, and thorough. Their communication is immediate and impeccable! They also made getting my rental vehicle super easy. When I needed the rental one more day they contacted my insurance company for me. I didn't have to worry about anything. Yesterday, when I picked up my car, it looked perfect! It was clean inside and out, looking shiny and new. I highly recommend Texas Collison Centers for your auto needs. They're awesome! Oh, also... The facility is pristine! It's straight out of a magazine.

I had major hail damage and my insurance had me meet them at the McKinney Texas Collision location for an estimate. I ended up using them for all of my repairs and I’m so glad I did! The staff was very friendly and transparent about the whole process, especially Chad. He even sent daily texts with status updates, which was very much appreciated. Even though I live in Frisco, I will most definitely be back to this location.

I had the best customer experience ever! From the day I dropped car off to picking up I have been overwhelmed with professionalism and kindness. Everyone was simply awesome. I have never felt so welcomed and appreciated as a customer. From the receptionist to my service manager they were awesomeness in over load. The establishment is super clean, beyond professional, they have treats, drinks and snacks. They just make the customer feel on the top of the world! I left just wanting to hug everyone.
