(February 9, 2023, 7:41 pm)I must have got lucky, based on all of the reviews. Had a bad experience at the Walmart Auto in Prosper, so came to McKinney, but reviews are worse here. Just needed one tire installed and balanced. Was told 11AM was best time to come in when they have the most staff and lease customers. They took me right in and I did some shopping and was out before the hour. Did the job correctly at a fair price. Customer service was very good. Made my day.
