“RBFCU is a great Credit union. I'm only giving it 4/5 stars because after 4/1 there is a 5% fee for the coin machine. I am writing this review to encourage change ( no pun intended ) as this location does not accept change with out a fee for the coin machine and the tellers will not take change at all.”

“I've always loved Waffle House, but had never been to this location. Got in, was greeted by the friendly staff. Got a seat, looked over the menu. Took a few minutes to order, but they were busy, which is totally understandable. Ordered (All Star Special), got my meal, and everything was perfect! Prices are always reasonable, and the food is always plentiful. Will definitely be making this my go to place for breakfast after work!”

Taking care of things for me down to accepting my mail for me and making sure my needs are met with what I need. Very professional! I would also like to acknowledge the lady in the dining room in the mornings,Cheryll. She does an excellent job at preparing and setting everything up. Also,she is never late and most of time early to get things rolling. Last but not least is the lady who just started. Her name is Carla,she does a very exceptional job at customer service and being knowledgeable with taking care of her responsibilities. I have been working in this area for a little over a year now and staying here. I have no complaints with the staff and their services. They are always willing to help me with my needs,all the way from the morning shift to the lady that works over night , all the way to the maids and the lady that does laundry. Very good staff with good attitudes. They make things very easy for me.Very good to me. Thanks guys!”

Additionally, Dr. Tatum was incredibly professional, gentle, knowledgeable and honest. It didn't take long for me to trust her completely with my periodontal issues. If my past dental care providers were like her and her staff, I wouldn't have the cliche avoidance of dentists.”

“Please don't mind my redundant pictures of Chicken Fried Steak and Pork Chops in this review. Just wanted to show how much we liked these two dishes and the frequency we ordered them. Loved how pork chops were brined, so juicy and tender. Chicken fried steak had two sizes, dinner portion were huge! Unfortunately our favorite Allen location was permanently closed. We tried McKinney location once and it was disappointing. Food was of similar standard but service horrible. They're obviously shorthanded, most unoccupied table left uncleaned when we were seated. Worst yet the floor appeared to be dirty and sticky to walk on. One star deducted. We'll wait to try this location one more time before not returning. Keep our fingers crossed.”

“Went to get a fresh cut ahead of a wedding reception I was headed to that weekend. I don't remember the last time I've left a review for something, but this had to be the best haircut I've had in recent memory. Now, note that there was a 220-minute waiting list – but for good reason. Make sure to book ahead of time online! Casey was the one to cut my hair, and she was awesome. Conversational, friendly, and took her time with the haircut and shampoo. She even trimmed my eyebrows, which is something I've never been asked about before. Incredible stuff and absolutely will be back!”
