“Storage facility for Business Establishments !! Away from City hush posh and silent place. Can work here picking up stuff from the storage or arranging our stuff without any disturbances since the place is quite isolated from the City area but only for few minutes and not a long time. High ceilings but no ventilation that is a Biggest Minus Point..... We feel too sick after working inside for few minutes. It even stinks without proper Ventilation.”

I met Logan and Joey, the moving team, and they went right to work. A little over four hours later, they finished their task. “Christopher Starr, the location manager went above and beyond to help us. We were scheduled to move our entire house furnishings into two PODS located at the Jacksonville storage facility. Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible. Chris and his team's commitment to their customers allowed us to stay on schedule with our move. I am very grateful and highly recommend you choose PODS for your moving and storage.”

We visited the facility and were assisted by Kristen, who was super helpful in helping us choose options and was flexible when we had to switch mid way. The facility was clean, and the staff were helpful. Def recommend them. The prices are aggressive and they work with you to get the best spot for you.
