“My wife and I have been going to NFX for 4 months now. This is our first CrossFit experience ever so we were not sure what to expect. Ryan made it really easy by giving a demo class and then explaining how it all works. He eased us in with a couple of ramp up weeks which made it easy for us to decide without having an initial long term commitment. The experience has been great so far and all the coaches are great. They will look after each and every athlete and make sure you are having the right form. People are very friendly as well and feels like one family under the roof.”

He actually came right over. Was super friendly, kind and assessed what needed done easily. We sometimes were disappointed with space, cleanliness or the lack of staff with other daycares. But with Cypress, even though we knew there was no camera, we noticed how the staff interacts with each other, and how the years of working together has shaped a prefect understanding of everyone's role. Now our son, did not get used to this daycare from day one, but the manager Ms. Faye kept reassuring me that he is behaving well and happy all the time. I could not believe it easily, and I made two surprising trips, and I was stunned!!! My son happy, behaving and not throwing any temper tantrum! Since that day, it is a perfect partnership with Cypress, we listen and the staff listen to our feedback. I would not take my son to any other daycare. These people love kids and love what they do!”
