Perfect place to call home! The community is gorgeous with all of the amenities available 24/7! The Kilby Team truly goes above and beyond in all aspects!

Cassidy is absolutely wonderful! We just moved in and she made the whole process so easy and she made us feel extremely welcomed! The Kilby is lucky to have her! If you are interested in living here and are still deciding, just sign the lease! Wonderful community with no issues so far! Very happy!

We moved into the Kilby and July and have loved living here. The property is absolutely stunning with many great amenities including a two-story gym, fantastic pool, a firepit, indoor and outdoor games, three multi-purpose rooms in the lobby and general use areas. We love the electronic locking in use for entry points. The staff is amazing and have made our transition to the Kilby one of the easiest moves ever. We enjoy all the wonderful activities throughout the year. It's a great community to live in and just a short walk from restaurants on the Square.

Kilby has been the best experience. There is nothing like it. The community and atmosphere is so much fun and they genuinely do care for their residents and show love through different events and get togethers! I would highly recommend this property! 🙌🏾 20/10
