The Kathryn

Such a peaceful little neighborhood. The complex hosts events each month & the free breakfast! Omg! I love it out here. Been here almost a year and I’m happy I chose to live here

I really enjoy living at The Kathryn! It feels like a luxury community for sure! The amenities are amazing, especially the pool! The thing I love the most about The Kathryn is all the events that the ApartmentLife team puts on. Last week there was a free concert, this week there will be an outdoor movie. They even do fun events like wine and paint nights and mimosa bars!

Staff are very nice. They made my move seamless. Andre was very helpful. We are enjoying our stay at the apartment. Property is clean and well kept. The amenities are great. If any maintenance is needed, they are good solving the situation/ issue. Staff members are available to answer questions and to help. The whole staff is helpful. I would recommend this place.

I was starting to lose confidence in this property, however I met Windy B. and she is absolutely AMAZING. She's very professional, patient, and personable. If I were to recommend the property based on my interaction with her today I would strongly do so. The Gables is lucky to have her.
