“I've gone to a bunch of different places to have my eyebrows done, being that they're very thick and dark. This is by far the best place I've been to. The receptionist (Chloe) is the nicest woman and she makes sure you're taken care of before you even start your waxing session. Alyssa does my eyebrows and checks that you like your eyebrows once she finishes. She's down to earth and makes you feel comfortable just by talking to her. The wax they use here is a lot easier on the skin and is much more flexible than most places. First experiences are very important to me and they nailed it. Not to mention I had to cancel an appointment due to sickness and they were incredibly understanding about it. Even rescheduled it on the phone. 5 minute call MAX. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and chill atmosphere mixed with good services.”

Also she had assumed I had been there before and asked me how I wanted my hair styled. I was unaware of their styling book. I still gave it 5 stars.
