Papa & Maga’s Calhoun's Riverside RV Retreat

We just stayed here for a hunt on Aransas National Wildlife Refuge and this place is AWESOME. The new owners are doing a wonderful job of taking care of it. We stayed in the cabin that will become a convenience store soon and we LOVED it. The Guadalupe River is literally off of the back deck of the cabin and the boat launch is right next to it. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a really nice place. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The river runs right behind the cabins. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay to relax and unwind.

I was supposed to stay, but had something come up last minute… But the folks that I spoke with were very kind and understanding. I hope to come and stay in the near future. I’ve got co worker’s that stay there, and absolutely love it!!!

I love/d this little home away from home and set at a comfortable price! The owners are friendly, sharing and live onsite.
The Guadalupe River is your backyard! There is a boat ramp on site as well.
Its settled in a 30 minute drive to Texas' famous Rockport Beach 💚

Beautiful, peaceful campground with large sites and trees. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
