“I have had 2 kayaks from Diablo, the amigo and the adios. Both are the most efficient kayaks i have owned. Big body approved. I weigh 250, ive added my body weight in gear and still floating in 6inches of water. The amigo doesn't track as well with out the skeg, the adios tracks fine with out. Multi purpose, duck hunting, lake, bay, river, fishing, light weight, but sturdy. I cant say enough good things about both boats. And if that isn’t enough, the people who own/run the business have incredible customer service. I have added some upgrades on the boats and I’ve needed to make repairs, i am able to email and get a friendly response back the same day in most cases from the owner. It is refreshing knowing you are buying from a local small business who cares so much about their customers and the product they put out. If you are in between buying one of these or buying another bigger brand, i can assure you diablo is the correct choice.”

“In martindale texas Gotta tell you …it’s a small RV. “That’s all” They have a place in shade to sit if you like. But for me it’s pick up. Breakfast tacos are good. I live near by so it’s convenient. Most days they stay open to about 1:00”

“The reason for my visit was not a pleasant one as it was to attend 2 funerals one week apart both from the same family. The services are offered in both English and Spanish and it is a traditional Catholic service fashion. The people that represent the church were very supportive and helpful for the family and everyone else that attended.”

“Walking in for the first time to this café just gave me a good small cozy town feel, the place looks awesome inside i love the brick walls, and it's nicely decorated to make you feel at home. The gentleman at the counter took our order and cooked our breakfast right there right away. Talk about fresh delicious food. I love Avocado toast but had never had a sweet Avocado toast with strawberries it was so yummy not too sweet just right. And the Quiche was oh so good, i had a little taste of the omlet wich was also very tasty😋 will keep this cafe as one of my favorite breakfast places.”

“This place has always been a great go to for the little things and last minute items without having to go into town. The only thing I would improve and I know it is out of the control of the peoe at the store is there are always restocking carts in the aisles covering the shelves. This wouldn't be too much of a problem but this is a small store that has all of our needs. The people are super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They don't hesitate to stop whatever they are doing and help you out.”

“This was such an awesome little getaway. Roger is a wonderful host. Helps you get settled and then it’s all privacy. We felt like we were completely alone. The house has everything you need. They made fresh banana bread that was delicious!! Love the property. It’s a short walk down to the river, and you have an amazing hot tub at your disposal. I will say that there is a peacock population on the property and they are so loud. I have no complaints and will definitely visit again.”

We picked up some items and some swag and I brought home the most delicious pimento cheese I have ever tasted.
