I found the service representatives and technicians at CB to be extremely professional and attentive. They identified the problem I was having right away, indicated some additional concerns, and suggested I take advantage of the warranty I had on some previously installed parts. “My favorite place to take my car and truck, the guys working the vehicles are fantastic and go out of their way! Desk service is often a hit or miss with whomever is working it for example- I was told to come in at 7:30am one morning so I did but they said my appt was for 7 and wanted me to know I was late even though I specifically know I was told 7:30. Didn't like that because it wasn't my fault but I apologized anyway, what do you do? Anyway, other then that it's great!”
