“USA Decon prides itself in client retention and customer satisfaction. Dr. Sims is a former disgruntled client. We wrote off hundreds of dollars in bad debt from Dr. Sims due to non payment. We tried to keep Dr. Sims happy, however after many attempts it was just easier for USA Decon to terminate her as a client. She refused to show proof of invoices she claims she paid, and used the excuse that she would have to go thru over 20,000 emails to find her bill pay emails. Then she was locked out of her intuit account. The list of excuses goes on and on. After many emails and her complaint to the BBB, the BBB sided with USA Decon. Dr. Sims satisfied her outstanding balance and per the agreement generated by the BBB Dr. Sims was to remove all negative reviews she posted on multiple internet sources and social media.
