He was courteous and professional through the process of booking to payment. He showed me the hall and asked if I was satisfied, then continued to work. I called on a Saturday, he fit me in on a Sunday. Very good work. Really nice guy. My floors weren’t terribly dirty, but there’s definitely a difference. So happy!
