“I've used numerous auto repair and maintenance shops over the last 14 years of my "driving career" and have not used a single one as honest, helpful, and fast as this JAG. The owner of the shop is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with me. He helped give me suggestions and advice over the phone before I brought in my vehicle, and pointed out the source of the damage was eligible for insurance coverage (for what would have otherwise been a $4k out of pocket expense I would have paid due to my complete lack of vehicle knowledge). The repair was complete within just a few business days and they assisted with getting me a rental car pickup and drop off. They also provide other (more minor) services (hence, "auto maintenance" in the shop name), so I am scheduled to have oil change and glass repair next week. Extremely honest and fair; this shop is my new go-to for auto maintenance & repair. Highly recommend over any of the chain maintenance/repair shops.”
