Tasty bar food with bbq is cooked out back on occasion if you are lucky enough to get it before it sells out. Stop in on weekends to visit with friendly local folks, have a beer or glass of wine, and experience Dally’s work of art and love! Places like this are what makes Texas special.”

“Perfect for the family! There hasn't been much rain lately, so the falls were pretty dry. Also, the Blue-Green Algae was abundant and you couldn't get in the water. However, it was still a lovely site to see. Nice shaded picnic area and lots of trails if you need to get a good hike in. It is only $6 for adults and if the kiddos are under 12 they are free! We went on a weekday so it was less crowded than weekends. I would suggest buying passes online prior to visiting.”

Sandie and Joe have a treasure here and graciously welcomed our girl friends to their beautiful, tranquil place in the Texas Hill Country. Our gathering was special and memorable starting with their amazing commercial kitchen and 100 year old European farm table Sandie set with a lovely bird theme! Sandie prepared delicious baked brie and artichoke dip appetizers, a gorgeous pear and gorgonzola salad, a hearty lemon herb chicken dish, and an out-of-this-world strawberry shortcake! Thanks for a wonderful celebration -- it was the best!”
