“I called closet box to schedule a pick up and it was the best decision I have made when it comes to moving. The movers were there right on time two days after I scheduled. The three guys that showed up were professional and friendly. I could not believe that my two bedroom townhome was empty in two hours maybe less. Everything was handled with care and wrapped up for protection while in storage. They even helped me break down a table that I forgot about the night before. Closet box customer service and billing staff are amazing and hassle free. They allowed me to change my billing date with no problem at all. “I had a reservation for a hitch installation at another site. I arrived early and waited in a long line. Once it was my turn the representative told me the reservation was the day prior. I had an email with the date I made but to no avail. They offered me another day with all day drop off. I took the reservation but drove up to this location. I have used them multiple times before. The staff were wonderful! They are professional, polite, friendly and accommodating. They moved me right in without a fuss and I was done in an hour! Kudos to this crew! “I was helping my parents move out of one of their properties to three separate locations. Are movers were Richard, Jordan and later Louis came and helps. Richard has to leave for family emergency. The movers were all extremely helpful and courteous! Richard and Jordan were awesome. Louis was new and quick to learn the ropes. Jordan stayed for the entire job. He worked really hard the entire time and was really friendly and patient with my senior parents! Would definitely use company, especially Richard and Jordan!!!!”
