“Front desk staff was a bit not really nice - not offensively mean but not friendly either. We specifically asked them not to clean our room during our stay because on our last stay here they had thrown out stuff that was not trash and we had to track down Housekeeping and ask for our stuff back - some we got back, some we didn't. Breakfast is pretty short, served only from 6A - 8A and there's not much to be had even if you make it.”

“So glad we chose this place! As close to a 5 Star Hotel we've seen with a budget friendly price. We take trips to visit the area and attractions, not to sit in a fancy hotel. This place is convenient to Downtown, and just about anywhere else, including Cornerstone Church. It's easy access on and off the interstate. The bed was comfortable, and the place was super clean. Didn't have the Breakfast. But on the next visit to San Antonio, we will stay here again. I'd encourage anyone to stay here!”

“Mary during breakfast was awesome!!! She made sure my little ones had spill proof cups to enjoy their juice. She was the ONLY employee working the breakfast and though she was SWAMPED, she did fantastic! Very apologetic to everyone when she had to close the breakfast down at 10am. You can tell she loves her job!”

“The price is great and the rooms are spacious and have almost everything you need. The only number one thing making this hotel bad is the smell of marijuana and smoke from the guest that don’t care. Donald is the most nicest employee you’ll ever meet. ( even the maintenance women ) This place is very nice but the guest that come in make it horrible.”
