The 1st room had a smell I went down there and let him know and with no problems at all, he moved wife and I to another room.I will be returning. “PLEASE STOP WITH THE MANAGER CHANGING! In the 4 years I’ve lived here we’ve had 5, yes, FIVE different managers. Robyn wasn’t too bad, but she was almost NEVER in the office or she’d close it early. Heather, our current manager has been doing an amazing job and is trying to make sure EVERYONE is following the same community rules. She’s the only one to give better lighting in the community, cameras are now set up towards the front, I’ve seen her many times on my own cameras patrolling late at night passed midnight. Please keep her around longer this time, I’m glad she lives on property for any emergencies.”

“People stay in the street they don't move out of your way. They want you to run them down. They see you and they cross in front of you daring you to hit them. Yesterday on the third street kids were thawing rocks at kids , lady went out to tell them to quit and they just ingnore her, say they don't care. Parents don't tell there kids anything.”

“I stayed here for 5 days (Sunday, September 15th - Friday September 20th) and am very happy and satisfied overall! The lobby is beautifully decorated. Very modern and spacious! The wall decor and lighting in the rooms is of very good taste. The entire hotel staff, from the front desk personnel to the cleaning staff were very attentive and friendly. They go above and beyond to make your experience top priority! Always clean towels, and clean bedding. The entire hotel is kept so clean and it always smells clean! Fresh complimentary breakfast every morning. The Tourist Travel Center is across the road (I-10). Wyndham has done a great job with this hotel!”

I watched her handle a crowded lobby with a mixture of young and old, SEVERAL children with Supreme GRACE!! Cleaning up spills as they occurred, answering ALL questions and doing so smiling-10/10. “The price you pay is what you get. This isn't a resort. So with that being said we were really surprised on how our room smelled amazing, our room size was pretty big compared to other hotels we have stayed at. We booked a king room. Nice bed! Fluffy soft pillows, ac runs awesome. Decent tv, we have a couch in our room and it's a pull out I think. We don't need it but it's still nice. We have a desk which my boyfriend liked and a nice computer chair. We have a microwave and a small fridge. Bathroom is also bigger than most. I will say the bathtub needs updated and so does the shower head. We have plenty of space for my one year old to crawl around a feel comfortable with her doing so. We stayed here for 5 nights and so we unpacked our things and for two adults and a kiddo we had plenty of space to unpack and store away our bags. Front desk associates are friendly and check in was a breeze. Also their breakfast here is fantastic. Bread, bagels, little muffins or cupcakes, fruits, milk, OJ, coffee, sausage, eggs, waffle maker, yogurt and cereal. I'm pretty sure I covered everything. Sorry for our small mess in my pictures.”

“Mike came out after Discount Mobile RV repair charged me 75.00 for a service call and then told me Shane who had more experience would be calling to come out and fix my fuel pump. He came out I went and got the parts he put my fuel pump on it cranks right up. I paid him the 300.00 he left I pulled up to gas pump and put 30.00 worth of gas on the ground. I called and texted with no response from Shane so I called Kenny who was the person hired to complete the work he said that Shane doesn't work for him so he wasn't responsible. I am so happy with Mike he even followed me to the gas station to make sure the work was completed properly. I will let everyone know how awesome you are and send all my work your way.”
