“Had to replace the AC on my CRV. Contacted 6 different shops. Jorge was upfront on what parts needed to be replaced in order to prevent any future issues. He was clear and honest with what parts he was ordering which were O.E. and the price. The total cost was comparable to the other shops which some were not using O.E. parts. Most importantly, when the repair was done and Jorge was paid in full, there was a defect in one of the parts. Jorge was quick to diagnose the issue, order another part, and replaced it.
