“This review is specially for Joe the cashier who so kindly allowed me to plug my bottle warmer in the store so I could warm a bottle for my very hungry and screaming 3 month old. I was on the road going home from a family thanksgiving and still had an hour to drive when my baby awoke from her nap and was apparently ravenous. She will not take a cold bottle at all so this little store was a godsend in the middle of nowhere. Joe was so understanding and let me come to the back with my crying baby and toddler to use an outlet to warm a bottle, all while my baby was screaming. Warmed it and fed her and she was a happy baby again so I could drive the next hour in peace. Thanks so much again, Joe.”

“While traveling, we booked a stay at the Sandhaven Outback in Texas. Available was an amazing rental called the "Silverthorn". Perched up on a hill and secluded among the trees, this place came with an amazing view of the valley (and horses) below! The layout is cute yet classy and is comprised of two adjacent buildings (one bedroom and bathroom, the other kitchen and family room area) joined by a wrap-around porch and divided by a private outdoor clawfoot tub! ”

“On Friday, July 8, went to the pre-festival of McDade Watermelon 🍉 Festival. Country band, playing a judicious mix of standards and new music, quite well. Those that under 21 we're more open to intermission, where more contemporary music was played, even organized a line dance with mixed results but a lot of fun. Spent most of my time on a downtown bench, letting 6 or 7 kids rough-house with my almost 11 month service 🐕🦺 dog-in-training Blitz. 75-80lbs., he'll top out at 110-115lbs. Good thing I live next to a pasture with plenty of hay!”

“This quiet peaceful rv park. I have a long term lease and this rv park has become my home with a easy commute to Austin and surrounding area were I work. I would recommend this to any one who loves rv life whether retired, working in the area for a few months such as with Tesla, or just a weekend stay to go to Sherwood Forest that is 2 miles away. They have very reasonable rates. Friendly nieghbors and wildlife viewing from the front door.”

Very knowledgeable technician and professional office staff with straightforward and reasonable pricing. “This museum is not closed. It is open every Saturday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and run by various volunteers. After a secretary took off with all the passwords to Google and Facebook, they have been unable to access anything to change it.”
