The technician that came out, Dylan, was very professional. He was responsive and communicative through the entire process. The scheduling was quick and easy over the phone. I received a courtesy call the day of my first appointment, during the exact window of time I had requested. Dylan was very respectful of my home, he was quick and efficient at diagnosing the issues we were having. He told me he would get another appointment scheduled for me, to come back out within 2 days to do the job. Like clockwork, I received a phonecall within 48hrs informing me he'd be back out, again within the exact time frame I requested. Within 48hrs of my first appointment, my issues were completely resolved! It was extremely painless working with Kirchner Electric and Dylan. Cannot recommend this company enough!!

When we moved into our home our dryer outlet was not working properly. The tech that came out diagnosed our problem and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable.
