Although unable to repair the problem in the time allotted they made sure we could reach our destination and only charged a minimum diagnostic amount which did not seem to cover the time and work spent. I have used their service in the past and will always go to them if anywhere in the area.”

“Warren is a very knowledgeable guy about Porsches (air/water cooled). Also “Junior” (Evaristo) did an excellent job replacing the ignition coils and spark plugs of my 997 C2S. Warren also did a detailed inspection of the car (as I commented that was recently purchased the car). They checked in and out, above and below, including running a diagnostic for codes in the DME and reading ranges of engine revs. All in all the inspection came clear and nice. Car runs really well now. Those guys are good about fixing Porsches, and labor prices are reasonable (I purchased the parts myself). I highly recommend this small shop, and looking forward to count on them for any repair or maintenance required.”

“Great service! My family hit something on I-10 that disabled our vehicle. We had to get police assistance to get safely to an exit. Once we exited there were 7 other vehicles that were disabled from hitting same object. The officer called these guys and they came out and helped us along with everybody else. They got us and our vehicle safely to a hotel for the night. The next day when our insurance dropped the ball and told us it would be two days before they could tow our vehicle back to Austin I called this company again. This time I was in tears and the owner sent someone immediately to our hotel. Our insurance ended up getting us that day, but I was thankful that Fernandez & Sons were willing to help us get out vehicle back to Austin.”

“Short answer: use them if you need help. Long answer: We we're heading from Houston to Austin and blew a tire just outside of Sealy. The tire was shredded and, being in a construction zone, it was unsafe to change a tire there. We were turned down by one company and called Fernandez and Sons. They sent a driver out who towed us to a nearby parking lot and attempted to get the spare. It wouldn't budge. He then removed our shredded tire, took it to a tire shop, got us a good tire and got us back on the road. This driver went the extra mile, literally, and saved our day. If this one driver is any indication of the type of employees Fernandez has, it is a testament to good ownership. Hopefully you won't ever need their services but if you do, do no hesitate to call.”
