Ali, Jen, Desmond and the rest of the crew were amazing to me. I had an issue with an order and one of the plates was missing, they went ahead and made everything right immediately and took care of me with a smile. Accidents happen, it's what you do after that counts and they definitely raised the bar in customer care. Thanks, guys, would highly recommend to anyone.

I liked this Zaxbys it’s really clean and usually not too busy my favorite thing to get is a big zax snack meal and they had a deal in the app that allowed me to get it for free I like their fries a lot because I like soft fries and their chicken tenders are really good my only complaint is sometimes the tenders are a little small I also absolutely love zax sauce and they have lots of different options for sauces and their chocolate chip cookies are really good too as well as their toast they also were generous about the sauce at this location but at some they will charge you extra

I downloaded this app the other day when we seen a commercial about their artisan salad. My mom said this salad looks really good so we decided to go there today and I got my free Zach's meal for my first time use of the app. Later I'm going to do the survey or I can get another free meal what a deal.
