“The wife and I had to travel to Lytle Texas for a funeral. My cousins who live in Lytle got with the Best Western to help out with the family coming in town for the services. The wife and I arrived and I can tell you this was a very very nice hotel for the price. If I could stay in the hotel in the room like this every time I travel I would be happy. The best part about our stay what's a hospitality other employees. I got the breakfast a little late and Tony was putting up the breakfast buffet. He saw that I came in late and offered to make me a plate. I will tell you that it was hot and it was good and the service was really nice from Tony. I think customer service has a lot to do for businesses and of the management keeps our employees this will continue to be a great place to stay if you're in the area.
