“We have stayed here many times now and we love it! Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We always stay in the cottages. As we go to Rockport to fish, it's very helpful that they are close to the water, and have a private pier too. So nice to have a full kitchen so we can prepare food for us and our dogs. Appreciate so much that they are dog friendly and don't charge an arm and a leg to bring our boys with us. The only small complaint we have is that it seems we can't get the same story on cost and fees for the stay. We were given a total and an email stating that total and then when we got there we were told it would cost more for the dogs. If you give a "Total" and the email says this is your total with all fees then it should be that amount. Especially after we discussed bringing the dogs and how much it would be prior to making the reservation. However, we still love it and will stay there again should we have the opportunity.”

“We loved the place. Nice quiet..a place you want to come and relax..all excite they shouldn't tell someone that it's walking distance to the beach..its not..this is a fishing town..you have to drive pretty far to get to a nice beach..but once you get there it's wonderfull. Mustang beaches.”

“Great place to live and rent from. We lived there for almost 3 years. Quiet, clean, no trouble, friendly staff and privacy. We were blessed to be able to stay in a safe place and the owners were always there if we needed anything. Plus, there is a pond with ducks! There were also many different species of birds that would come and hang out as well. The mobile home we lived in was new at the time and ready to move into, very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath. We also received our deposit back within the same month we moved out, which if you have rented before, rarely happens. I cannot thank the owners enough for their hospitality, and just being down right good humans. (I never experienced anything that these one star reviews are going on about and it seems like it’s more of a personal issue with the tenants rather than business. I found it quite alarming to read some of these reviews because that is the exact opposite of how we and several other tenants are treated, who have also lived there for a while. Albeit these reviews were made several years ago, it seems rather suspicious.) This place was a blessing in our lives and I will never forget that.”

“This is absolutely the BEST place anywhere to eat! I cant imagine someone putting that it is pricey! Every meal I get there I eat off of for 3 to 4 times. Divide the price by 3 and it is dirt cheap! I have ordered the garlic butter shrimp numerous times which are to die for, the chicken Alfredo Chicken a few times which was delicious and we love the Calamari and Texas Rangoon’s. My husband’s hamburger was so huge there is no way to take a full bite. It was fantastic and he is a big eater and couldn’t even finish half. Everything we have gotten or our family have gotten has been out of this world! It’s the only place we eat now every time we come to Rockport! If I could give it 10 stars I would!! Highly recommend getting the garlic shrimp, it’s a must have!!”
