“Caliber made sure to identify all items needed after an accident, even things that the insurance adjustor missed, and they worked with the insurance to get them paid for. They were on top of communication to keep me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Randi was awesome at keeping us up to date, and made sure things kept moving. Most importantly the vehicle came back looking amazing. The paint was perfect. The body work was seamless and looked as it there had never been any damage. They even took the extra step to detail the entire inside of the full size SUV which might have come to them looking like some homeless teenagers lived in the back seats. The only less than amazing part was that checking in took about an hour and picking the car up took about an hour. I had an appointment to drop it off so I expected to be in and out more quickly, so plan for a little longer than just dropping the keys off. Also, when picking up it took about an hour. Again, they did such a great job it ended up being one of those things where you don't mind waiting for quality.”

“I can not tell you how happy we are to have found a local owned, friendly and reliability auto repair shop. The guys are so nice and honest. We had a vehicle they did an expensive repair on that did not work. Without even a second thought they made it right and then some. It was a very tricky issue that could have been a couple different things. I know for a fact that other places would not have taken care of us like they did. The best thing is they do everything with a smile and make you feel like they are truly happy you are their customer. I wish we had more businesses like this one.”

“I've seen multiple projects out of this shop, a 50's pick-up, early 70's Demon, Fox Body Mustang, and a C3 'Vette. All were very nicely done, quality jobs for very reasonable prices. You can see pics of other projects on their FB page. The shop owner 'Chris' is one of those guys everybody likes. He's got a lot of experience with a positive (but no BS) attitude. They currently have my '81 Trans-AM project. The car is in for significant body work and a full paint. Chris has worked with me to add some custom touches to my project, has kept within my constraints and contributed some nice touches (after consulting with me of course). I'd recommend Classic Auto Painting for any body repair or paint work in the Nashville area. Especially for classic or muscle cars. Fair prices, quality work and trust worthiness are important. The cherry on top is knowing Classic Auto Painting is taking care of my project as if it were their own. This '81 TA is my first car. I've owned it since '90, and have 5 years invested in rebuilding it myself. Classic Auto Painting has been the perfect locally owned and operated shop to finish off my project at this important stage.”

“I went to Apex because they were highly recommended. After selecting my tint I was pleased. Beyond pleased! They were so pleasant to work with and worked ahead of the schedule they initially told me. Once I got home and drove at night, a few days later, I realized the tint was way too dark for my liking. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing but I just couldn't see out at night. So I contacted them and there was absolutely no hesitation to offer assistance. For a small charge they removed the tint on 3 windows and replaced it with a lighter tint. This issue was 100% my fault but they hardly charged me to fix MY issue. The customer service I received was so great! I'm in the market for a new vehicle and will definitely be back to tint it. I'll just pick a better tint shade this time!”

“My baby cousin was buried in Edgewood Cemetery in 1938. In 1985, my grandmother ordered a marker for her grave. To my knowledge, nobody in the family bothered to go to the grave. I set out recently to find it. I visited the section where the grave was supposed to be but I could not locate the marker. Elizabeth from the office told me that she would see if the cemetery workmen could help locate it. After an initial try, they couldn't find anything. The old cemetery plot maps are very hard to read and not in proper order. Yesterday, Elizabeth, the cemetery foreman James, and his helper, Chris offered to meet me in the area where the grave and marker should've been to search for it. They had metal rod probes, and I came equipped with my pitchfork. They believed the marker may have sunken under the ground. We probed for about 30 minutes with no results, but the staff was determined, and I wasn't ready to give up. Finally, my pitchfork scraped metal. After pulling back the dirt, I had found it! The staff were all as excited as I was. They reset the stone and placed sod around it to make it nice. I was so pleased with their persistence and kindness. I was reassured that this marker would not be forgotten.”
