“Stepping into this establishment I was greeted with delicious smells of home cooking. This place is amazing! Not only do they serve southern comfort food, but they also offer Asian comfort foods in a nod to the owners heritage. I tried both and was equally impressed! The owner, Judy, is delightful to talk to. Customer service is obviously a priority for her and her son. Overall, this place is worth the drive to gladeville and I would highly recommend it!”

“We stayed at the Twin Oaks Guest Ranch over Spring Break in 2021. On New Years Eve, my family and I reviewed the trips of 2021. We made an unusual number of trips that year to catch up with family and took one international vacation as well. Still, everyone listed our shortest and closest to local trip as the #1 experience of the year. I cannot imagine a better setup. The cabin was clean, we enjoyed delicious food, wonderful company, and plenty of animals to visit. We especially enjoyed our horseback experience. I have two inexperienced boys while my husband and I have a little more comfort in the saddle and we all stayed safe but had a blast! The kids especially had fun playing with the dogs and "helping" feed the animals. The booking process was simple, and Deb and Cowboy were wonderful hosts. Weather was the only downside, but we knew rain might limit our options going in.”
