We have two units there and needed a third unit while our daughter moved home from college until she moved out to an apartment two months later. Got the first month for $1 and provided a great monthly rate thereafter. Like the climate-controlled building, easy access and friendly folks. Perfect location for us, clean and reasonable rates.
