Wow, words cannot describe my appreciation for Jan and Val's help with my mother. Being out-of-state was made less difficult with Jan and Val being in the facility and amazingly present for all of the unexpected turns and twists of caring for the sick. Everyone can benefit from a local, response orientated private RN. I am forever grateful.

I am an out of state daughter doing my best to manage, support, visit and love on my mother (who just recently moved to assisted living). Simply stated, I couldn't do it without Jan and Val. They have been the eyes, ears, support, advocate and all around friend to make my mother's life as full and healthy as possible. Our family feels blessed for so many reasons that we attribute to Jan Norby and Geriatric Health and Care Management. Several years ago my mother fell and broke her shoulder. As is with many seniors, this was the beginning of a downward health spiral. Her doctor was convinced she wouldn't recover.

At this point, we were fortunate to find Jan Norby to manage her health care at home. She was able to provide a comprehensive plan for her home healthcare aids and was there every step of the way as her advocate, attending doctor's appointments, and visiting her at home several times a week.

Over the past few years Jan and her staff have become part of our family. We have celebrated many milestones in my mother's life with Jan by her side. In the final years Jan provided palliative care and implementing comfort measures along side Alive Hospice when the time came.

I highly recommend Jan and Geriatric Health and Care Management to anyone with aging parents. She is a Godsend.
