“Elite Martial Arts has made me more confident in myself. With an ever changing world, this martial arts class offers me stability. The instructors are very good at helping people improve. They also are wonderful people and have great senses of humor. I think everyone should try a class out because it has truly changed my life for the better. I have learned many skills in mixed martial arts, but I have also learned so many life lessons that will always stick with me. The environment is so fun. It really is a like one big family. It is great workout every week. Every day, I look forward to attending class. If I could I would rate this 100/10. Every time class is over, I leave with a smile on my face. I no longer worry about what to do in emergency situations because my instructors have prepared me for what to do. I have never ever had a bad experience. I have been going here for many years and plan to continue for as long as I can. One of my favorite memories of all time was earning my black belt here. I love it so much!”

“Dr Butterfield is amazing doctor, she take really care of me, I have severe asthma and allergies issues, and I found out I was allergic to everything in my apartment and outside, I had mold growing in my apartment so bad I was wondering why I stayed sick all the time and missing work days, it's because my apartment was making me sick I'm allergic to mold, and my landlord told me it wasn't they problem, Dr Butterfield recommended me to move out and that's what I did and now the stupid apartment complex is taking me to court, I have 3 inhalers I was on shots for asthma and allergies but my crazy insurance didn't want to pay anymore, Dr Butterfield could tell how sick I was and she did everything to help me I would recommend her to anyone, and the staff are amazing as well super sweet people's”

The instructor, Mayra, was excellent and the class was challenging and invigorating. Just what I needed! Setting up an account online and paying in advance was easy. “I came to Dr. Dearing at the recommendation of a friend after I had been struggling with debilitating neurological symptoms from long-COVID for months. I had a laundry list of symptoms including constant migraines, dizziness, distorted vision and paresthesia, to name a few. I had seen three neurologists who prescribed migraine medicines that weren’t working, and I was making almost weekly trips to the ER for uncontrollable pain.
