(July 27, 2020, 11:39 am)I had my hair done in November for a bachelorette weekend. It was not done to the same quality as other DryBar experiences. I spoke with the owner & she assured me that they would be doing additional training on the employee who did my blowout and offered me a complimentary service on my next visit. Great customer service!
