If your looking for a commercialized karate school on cookie-cutter scheduling, then this school is not for you. If you are looking for REAL personalized and true Mixed-Martial Arts , Kickboxing, Hand-to-Hand Combat Self-defense, and KungFu training, then Master Briggs is true to his craft and students, this is the school for you and with reasonable pricing for the high quality training you will receive. My review of the school is far overdue. I attended Master Briggs Kickboxing/MMA training and loved every moment of the personalized instruction for nearly 4 months up until I had a car accident that resulted in injury and surgery. I am so hoping to get back in there this coming year after my recovery period has ended. Don't be shy, call for a session. Good Luck!
Master Briggs is an excellent martial arts teacher, mentor and counselor to his students. Both my kids earned their Black Belts and in course, developed other great values like leadership, sportsmanship, respect where due - the best part is, they had great fun along the way. We are glad we chose Robert Briggs School of Martial Arts over any other martial arts or taekwando schools out there.
Master Briggs is an excellent teacher. Good with kids, knowledgeable across a broad range of real martial arts. My son really enjoys his time in class and the skills he is learning. Kenpo is almost a lost art. I also like the fact that there are NO CONTRACTS as some of the other schools have to lock you in. My son has learned a lot in the last six or seven months and we have really enjoyed watching the changes i.e. his self confidence soar, respect level for himself as well as others increase tremendously, and his attitude as well as his overall outlook improve. Thanks Master Briggs for all that you do for the school and our kids.
I too am currently taking classes with grand master briggs he is the only school in fort mill that is legit you will not find anything like what he teaches he is best at what he does and is probally best in north and south carolina i recomend anyone to come in and try a free class and just about anything you want to learn he can teach
If you want to learn martial arts, this is the only place in fort mill you should go PERIOD!
