(December 4, 2021, 8:29 pm)This TN state park is “decent” not great IMO. There are great hiking trails with awesome south west Tennessee woods and creeks, a small lake and a few public pavilion areas for rent. The camp ground is “ok”, with clean bath houses and normally has a few spots available. Cell service is virtually non existent, doesn’t matter who your service provider is, you’ll be lucky to get a signal. In all, it’s a good piece of land to maintain Tennessee’s natural beauty near a large city like Memphis.

Surprised that it was a little more challenging than I imagined, but it was a great workout, about 3.5 miles because I hiked up to the camping area to use the bathroom. Definitely some challenges, and a ton of foot bridges. Would definitely do again. Heavily forested. Well maintained. Absolutely no trash. Minimal other people. So peaceful.
