Their leadership is top notch, friendly, professional, caring, and responsive. 24/7 nursing, frequent weekly visits from a doctor, room cleaning and trash removal, clothes washing, meals, group and individual activities, bus trips, and facilities are clean and organized. Then there's patience: My mother has dementia and is a regular challenge to Hearthside's staff, but all are patient with her and go out of their way to help her.
