“Fannie Lou’s is hands down the best chicken and waffles place. The chicken is the best tasting chicken I’ve ever had and literally falls right off the bone it’s so tender. Everything you get comes with grits and waffles. Incredible is an understatement. Like one review said, attention to detail does not go unnoticed. It is garnished perfectly to where you might think you’re at a $$$$ restaurant for just a moment. Speaking of, never turn away because of the price. One meal does not feed just one!!! My boyfriend and I split the herb-roasted half chicken and still had leftovers! MUST GO.”

“I've lived in the TN Brewery for 3 months now and it's the best apartment I've had the chance to live in! The staff is helpful and responsive, the area is centrally located, and a new theater is opening down the street! The Good: The architecture of the old building The brand new gym in the courtyard Access to Tom Lee Park during Memphis in May :) The Bad: Honestly nothing to note so far Edit: I keep trying to attached a picture of the frozen fountain in the courtyard, but it won't upload for some reason.”
