“Maclin Security Doors, Inc. has been an integral part of my family's residence(s) now for years. The reason is simple - they are honest and trustworthy. In addition, their quoted prices for projects over the years have been significantly lower than their competition. The latest project was to replace an old and potentially unstable pergola with a screened in entertainment area in the rear of our residence. My wife and I had a general idea of what we wanted to achieve as far as the structure was concerned, but like any other novice to this sort of work - we had a lot of questions. Maclin doors came out for a "consult" to help with those questions. And helpful they were! Everything that we wanted to achieve, could be done. Along with a couple excellent suggestions from Maclin. This is one area that I feel the competition lacks. Maclin *makes you a part of their team* and doesn't TELL you what they are going to do, rather you are made to feel that you are an integral part of the team and of the entire process. On install day, the Maclin team came out and were very respectful in every aspect. The size of the project lead me to believe it would take a few days. However, to my surprise and delight, Maclin completed the job in one day. Don't get the wrong idea though, they don't trade quality work for quick work. Everything about the project was done with care and confidence that only a *real* expert company in the field could achieve. Not to mention, the high quality materials they use. In addition, I was extremely pleased that the new area was left SPOTLESS. No screws all over the place, no shavings, nothing. It was, as if prior to their departure they used a giant vacuum to ensure that the area was spotless. My wife and I now enjoy a HUGE outdoor living space that only Maclin Security Doors, Inc. can deliver. The only bad thing, is that when Fall/Autumn arrives - my wife is going to have to physically remove me from my new favorite room of the house! If you have or had any doubt about this company, you really shouldn't. Everything they do, and every interaction is done with class, quality, and respect. If only every company could handle things as well as Maclin!! They deliver what they promise, at the price they promise and with care. Thank you Maclin Security Doors, Inc. !!!!”
