Jo and her staff are AMAZING!! If you have not tasted or have seen their elaborate cake designs then you need to contact them ASAP and go meet them. Best cake I have ever had and they made Gingy from Shrek gingerbread men for my wedding! Highly recommend!!

Oh my word!!!! What can I say. Working with Ms. Jo and her team was the most wonderful experience ever. Her talent is beyond phenomenal and attention to complete detail incredible. Ms. Jo prepared a military retirement cake for me for my husband that included an exact replica of my husband’s dress blue jacket. We chose white chocolate and triple chocolate flavors. It was the most delicious cake I have ever tasted. I highly, highly recommend Jo’s Custom Cakes for absolutely any need you may have.

AMAZING! Everyone on the team was so helpful and great! I put in a request for a quote for a wedding cake and their response was very quick. Everyone that I communicated with was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again for any future cake needs. The cake itself was BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS we had lots of compliments. Didn’t get a chance to take a photo of the cake once it was on the table since we quickly devoured it (this photo does it no justice)!

Jo and her amazing team made this incredible groom’s cake and catered our NYE wedding in the Smokey Mountains. We continue to receive so many compliments on the food she prepared for our special day! Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. In addition to the wonderful food Jo prepares, she is the most wonderful person to work with and truly cares about her clients.
