Angelo's Picnic Pizza Italian Restaurant

Nice pizza place, I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff! They were very welcoming and lovely when I went to pick-up. I would have expected the pizza to have been a little more “gourmet” for the prices. It was good and the hand made crust is always the best. I was surprised that when I ordered the Cannoli that I would get 3 of them but only received 1, which was odd for how much I paid.

Have you ever had Sicilian Pizza before? I tried it here and I must say, it was amazing! You literally have no idea. This place is truly a good mom and pop business. The amount of love and tears that go into the making of their business really shows.

There are plenty of differing options of pizza, to include sizes of pizza. The sizes of each pizza are placed on the wall for a better visual representation if you will.

I highly recommend this place. Be sure to bring your friends and family. Surely you will not be disappointed. The whole family will thank you later and eat the whole pizza. If not, they will warm it up the next day!

OMG!!! Delicious!!! This is the best Italian food since our favorite place packed up and left Panama City Beach. I know, I know, this is in Nashville, but when you have a favorite place all others fall short. Angelo's blew that theory out of the water. This place is right up there with the best Italian food we've had. Great job, super friendly, and they let our dogs dine with us on the patio.

This place has the closest to a NY slice that I’ve had in Tennessee so far. (I lived in Brooklyn for a few years) We had a fresh pie that just came out of the oven and it was really tasty. The sauce and pepperoni they use are both delicious. I’m excited to try a reheated slice because I’m hoping the crust will be even crispier if it’s baked twice. The staff was friendly and they have good specials. I look forward to returning soon.
