Kinfolks BBQ

Kinfolks is delicious! I’ve had almost everything on their menu, and it has never let me down. The bologna is thick, the ribs are meaty, and the catfish is breaded right. Best brisket and ribs I’ve had in a long time. They’re open for dine-in now, and sitting in there is very pleasant. Plus there is outdoor seating in a screened-in area.

Pulled Pork was awesome! Baked beans... had to bring some home to the campground with us! The Sauce... the BBQ Sauce was divine, another must have. Saddened by the fact you will be closed on Monday and Tuesday. But gives me a reason to come back for some Strawberry Cake! A local.said her favorite was the Chocolate and she always thinks about trying another but never does because Chocolate one is so delicious!

Very nice homey feel. Greeted as we came through the door. I ordered the sampler platter. This was my first visit so I wanted a variety to see what was good. Ribs, sausage & brisket were very good, great smoky flavor. Chicken and pulled pork not so much. Adding their delicious sauces made a world of difference. Turnip greens were ok, not like mommas though. Macaroni and cheese & Cornbread was the best ever!! I would visit again, because now I know my favorites. My daughter said the cabbage and green beans was tasty.

Ordered. The chicken wings and brisket. Everything was smoked and charred to perfection. Collard greens are on point. Wasn't a big fan of coleslaw. Flavor was very good. I like their hot barbecue sauce. Also. Had the strawberry cake which was very good too. Probably has seating for about 10 to 20 people inside. Probably a better take out joint than eat in.

Tried it for the first time ever last week and it was delicious. The serving sizes were more than I expected but when you have a family of seven to feed it's perfect. The lady that took my order over the phone was sweet as could be and the lady at the counter when I picked it up was nice. Very friendly, all smiles, quick service and amazing food. I will be eating there again.
