This business picked up, cleaned, and delivered an area rug for me. There were a number of soiled areas from shoes, and I had my doubts as to whether it would clean well. I could not be more pleased with every facet of this process. I received a reasonable, on-line estimate, the young man who picked up and delivered the rug was polite, personable, and professional, and most importantly, the rug looks like new. TNT Chem-Dry was DY-NO-MITE! Sabastian, the tech, arrived timely and was very efficient in his assessment and cleaning. We opted just for a basic carpet cleaning with no upgrades so he was able to finish very promptly. As the owners of two dogs, one who sheds heavily, he was able to show us the amount of dog hair we had been missing with our daily vacuuming and we were astonished/disgusted! What a difference the Chem-Dry carpet cleaning process made!
