“I've been going here for at least a decade. They go through providers pretty quickly, and sometimes, the wait time sucks; however, this is because the providers are providing quality care. They really take the time to listen and let you be an active member of your own medical choices. There is a lab on-site. They will drug test you (unsupervised) immediately if prescribed a controlled substance.”

“The waiting room is too small for this practice. They treat a lot of diabetic foot problems and have a higher than most doctors patients in wheelchairs. Navigating through the office is horrible. The doctors are wonderful and understanding but some of the staff are not so great. The staff members are always rushed and a couple take that out on the patients.”

“We had such a great experience working with Dr. Allan and his team. My daughter had a skin problem and we had been to 3 doctors and nothing was helping. Dr. Allan immediately knew what to do, and the medicine he gave her worked in 24 hours! We will continue to use him and I would high recommend him. “We been taking our children here since they been able to go for check ups at the age of 2. My kids never told me anything hurts. They always try to make it comfortable for the children. Especially if they need any dental work done. We love it here. They have video games and movies going for the kids. My kids think it's fun going to the dentist.. They always feel bad when they don't get to leave with a balloon and their 9 and 10 yrs old. My 2 yr is definitely getting used to going to the dentist. Eventually he will love it here too.”

“I've been putting off my wisdom tooth removal for too long because I've had too many other oral surgeries, and frankly I have a lot of past dental trauma. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor; Dr James Griffith was incredible at explaining every step of the process, and was very thorough in answering all questions. He and the staff were very calming, and they were very warm and pleasant to work with. The office itself is clean and comfortable. I hope to never need any other oral surgeries, but if I do, I know I will return to Cumberland Surgical.”

Every staff member will go out of their way to assist you for your treatment. Marcy is always super friendly in person and on the phone and always has a smile when you walk through the door. Rebecca has been administering my dives off and on since 2016. She has coordinated care with my oral surgeon and still continues to do so. The Dr's go out of their way to make sure your needs are met and are comfortable with the process.”
