Quoted over the phone and even when it took some more work and parts (because I didn't know what I was asking for) he only charged for the extra parts not the time. Works out of his home for now but was also much cheaper than all other installers. Glad I went with him. Great guy and my son loves his new stereo.”

David was good to keep me updated during the job, and the job progressed exactly how he bid it. He was professional, prepared, and came in under budget and under time. I was stunned when he called to let me know the truck was running and ready for me, because the local shops I had spoken with all told me to anticipate several days in the shop. I called David after noon on Wednesday, he met me on Thursday and then called Friday morning to say my truck was ready. If the repair part did not have to come from Nashville, then I feel sure I would have driven away same day. David didn’t wait for the part to arrive to begin the job; he did everything he could to prepare for its arrival. Awesome. “I am VERY pleased with my service. I have a 2003 Cobra that I do NOT trust anybody barely to touch. I have used Honest-1 through our company for years, and it was time for the Mustang to get some TLC. Not only did they do an ABSOLUTE AMAZING JOB, but they went above and beyond to take care of some things while they were already under the car. They did full suspension in the front end, rack & pinion, inner & outer tie-rods, power steering lines, all 4 Struts, alignment, oil change, and even, at my request, they tackled a high output starter that is very hard to get to, due to long tube headers. They made my 2003 ride like a Cadillac. Honest-1 is an amazing company and ran by the best team starting with Brian up front. The tech worked his butt off, I appreciate every second. Like I said I don’t trust anybody to work on this car, but from now on Honest-1 & my guy Brian are the only ones that will ever touch it from now on. Thank you guys for taking care of me!”

“So many good things to say about this shop. Both Tom and Jim are top notch. Took an 05 Mustang that we just purchased a week ago in to S&C thinking the clutch needed to be changed out. They diagnosed that the clutch was fine but the brakes needed to be replaced and a seal needed replaced as well. They did excellent work and sent progress reports throughout their work. (Loved that!)
