Dr. Ann Boling's professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and understanding of what I was experiencing, all met and then exceeded my expectations. Add to that how much of a pleasure it was to talk with her. When she fitted me for the first time with a pair of Phonak hearing aids and turned them on, my eyes opened wider and wider with surprise and joy and relief. After wearing the new devices for a couple of weeks, I went back for a follow up appointment where Dr. Boling fine-tuned them and adjusted them for my preferences. They will also see me again in three months to ensure the programming is what I want, but if I want an adjustment earlier I can go back as needed. The staff is warm and helpful, and they make you feel welcome. Dr. Boling's help and guidance made the process a pleasure. I highly recommend Brentwood Hearing Center.”

Dr Felix is the kindest, most professional doctor I’ve seen in all my 69 years. He definitely does care about his patients. He asks questions, listens attentively, shows concern and offers advice to help as well as giving prescriptions if needed. And if he refused to give a patient medicine, I’m sure he had a good and legitimate reason that he thought was in the best interest of the patient. Don’t let a couple of bad comments scare you off.
