“My husband and I eloped in Nashville and I had to do all my wedding planning via phone and email. I had a simple elopement and only needed my bouquet, a MOH bouquet and two boutonnieres. It was extremely hard to find a florist that would do just that for a wedding and I was also nervous about choosing a florist without actually seeing a test bouquet. After weeks of searching, I found Rose Hill Flowers and emailed them with my inspo pics. They got back to me immediately and let me know what flowers they would use for the bouquets and boutonnieres and a quote (which I thought was very reasonable and average for what I wanted). When the big day came, they had the flowers delivered to my hotel on time and they were exactly what I wanted. They also mailed me a handwritten note, thanking me for choosing them for our special day. I was completely blown away. There was a mixed up on the funeral homes end (comes to find out they had delivered the flowers the day before) But they gave me a full refund for the flowers and could have not been more kind about it. “Amid a global epidemic I needed to visit Trader Joe's on White Bridge Road this morning. Being a Senior I went early and found the food items I needed and was not disappointed. The staff was so kind and helpful, the store was spotless and safe distancing was being practiced. Something unexpected happened that brought tears to my eyes. The wonderful manager was checking in on me to be sure I found what I needed. I told him I was trying to gather up any sunshine that I could in light of the quarantine situation. He pointed up front and told me to pick out any bunch of flowers that I wanted and said it was on him! I was so moved by his thoughtfulness and caring that I nearly cried. Acts of kindness like this are what make me love to come to Trader Joe's. I didn't even get his name but whoever he is he should know that he really made my day! If it weren't for the safe distancing I could have hugged him. And, I'm enjoying the beautiful flowers that have brightened up my world on this rainy day. Customer for life!”
